I am looking for a site that has tried and tested recipes of all types of cooking. It could even be a pay site. I have found that a lot of the recipes on the internet arent that good and I want to find one that have recipes tested by chefs and guaranteed. Thanks.

I recently was given a few cooking book by different chefs. I have notices a trend that all books do not acknowledge the people who allow their recipes to be published. Is that a normal trend among cooking books? Where can I go and get free to use and publish recipes?
