    NO! Kefir is meant to be raw, and will curdle if heated and ruin your recipe! I make homemade kefir daily, and have tried pretty much everything with it. Once it gets over about 107 degrees, it will curdle. You can make a nice “cheese” with it though, to spread on your baked goods like you would cream cheese. Delish!
