What are the best recipes for southern cooking?

You see , I want to cook southern meals because everyone is always saying how wonderfully delicious they are! I just don’t know which recipes are actually southern food. I was thinking of moving down there, but I think that may be too drastic…

   here fried green tomatoes
   fry some bacon in a pan and leave the grease in the pan . slice some green tomatoes ,dip the tomatoes in beaten egg and then in corn meal and fry in the bacon grease and wallah you have true southern food . good luck and god bless.
