		<description>Beef stroganoff!  There are several variations, but basically here it is:
Browned and drained ground beef, sauteed chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, seasoned with some salt and pepper, a little ground nutmeg, and simmer till heated through.  Just before serving, add small container of sour cream, Serve over buttered egg noodles.
