What are great cooking recipes that are easy to make?

I love to cook but all my recipes are hard to make. So what are some easy cooking recipes that also taste good.

   The onion carrot and sliced 2t tomato and simmer for minute add chorizo sliced 14c red wine 1t dried thyme chopped carrot halved and simmer for 1520 minutes add canned tomatoes return.

   I’ve been cooking from scratch for 35 years, so I do think that I can give you some pointers. However, I first need to know what types of dishes you want to make.

   Beef stroganoff! There are several variations, but basically here it is:
   Browned and drained ground beef, sauteed chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, seasoned with some salt and pepper, a little ground nutmeg, and simmer till heated through. Just before serving, add small container of sour cream, Serve over buttered egg noodles.
   EASY and DELISH!
