I have some really old tree frogs and I’m guessing they would make a good, tasty, salty dinner. Don’t say I will die. Don’t delete the question.

I’m greek, so I know most of the greek recipes. Unfortunately, living in the middle of nowhere and in the dead of winter is not a good time or place to cook Greek. Since the vast majority of the flavor in greek cooking is meant to come from fresh vegetables… I’m kind of stuck. I’m looking for Mediterranean recipes that can still taste, well… fresh, without necessitating fresh veggies. That being said, it should be as healthy as possible. And the real challenge: no fish.

Thanks.

In my fraternity we have a kitchen that has a stove, a griddle, an over, and a deep fryer along with other utensils like pots, pans, etc. I’m looking to go to the store and buy food for a meal maybe for myself and maybe that can be turned into a larger meal for the whole house. Any recipes that you guys can think of that use those kitchen elements would be great. I’m a beginner cook, too.

♥♥Bea♥♥ asked:

Hey guys,

I’m looking for some healthy yet delicious cooking recipes (no fat, no salt, no sugar) to cook for my grand mother. She cannot have fat, butter, oil, salt, sugar and meat (poultry and fish are fine).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Johnnie
